Here are a few of the highlights from our recent trip to INBOUND 2025. While each of these subheadings could be a whole article unto itself, I thought I’d give a quick overview of the highlights and what they could mean for your organization. Let’s get cracking.
Loop Marketing
It's no secret that the marketing game has changed. Traditional funnels that once guided buyers down a simple path are failing as buyer behavior radically shifts. Search engines see 60% of queries ending without a single click, AI answers questions before prospects even engage, and attention is scattered across multiple channels. HubSpot introduced Loop Marketing to help teams adapt to the new landscape. Instead of going linearly through stages, Loop Marketing is a four-step process as follows:
- Express who you are. Define your taste, tone, and point of view — informed by your ideal customer profile.
- Tailor your approach. Use AI to make your interactions personal, contextual, and relevant.
- Amplify your reach. Diversify your content across channels for humans and bots.
- Evolve in real-time. Iterate quickly and effectively. AI helps you make changes in days, not quarters.
This is a more adaptive and dynamic marketing model, and we’re excited to see more as HubSpot iterates on this. This article goes into more detail about this shift in thinking and the benefits of a more active and iterative strategy.
Smart CRM Goes Standalone
First things first, Smart CRM is now a standalone product. This means that if you are just starting or are not sure which product you need (Marketing, Sales, etc.), you don’t have to buy into a large expansion right away.
Smart CRM being available means that you can start small and grow your CRM along with your needs. If you don’t need all the bells and whistles right away, you’re not locked into buying them.

That being said, there are a bunch of features that come with Smart CRM right out of the box. You get flexible views of your records, like tables, funnels, and timelines. You also get self-enriching records and AI-powered summaries included. This means that the database can improve itself, and also provide a wider view of the record as a whole.
Data Hub Is Released
This one used to be called Operations Hub, but now covers a couple more things in addition. A couple of familiar standbys remain, such as the Duplicates tool and Data Quality. There are also new tools released with Data Studio that can help you pull in data from external systems and integrate it with your HubSpot data.

If you’ve event attendance on a Google Sheet, and accounting data is in another system, you can set up those data pulls without going through the mess and tedium of a whole integration.
Overall, this cleans your data and helps keep it clean!
Breeze Studio and Agent Marketplace Launches
While I can't describe each and every agent, HubSpot has opened up a Marketplace showing off all their Breeze Agents. So, if you need an AI agent for a specific task, you can most likely find it there. It won’t replace team members, but with the right application, they can help cut down on the tedium and busywork. That way, your team can spend more time on the tasks that really matter.

HubSpot rolled out Breeze Studio, too. Think of it as your AI builder’s sandbox, just a straightforward way to customize agents to fit how your team operates (not the other way around).

Add your company smarts, tweak what triggers what, and before you know it, you’ve got custom digital teammates pitching in on real work. It’s not about replacing people; it’s about giving your team a few more hands on deck.
AI-Powered Marketing Tools Rolled Out To Support Your Team
I mentioned AI summaries earlier, but here are a few more of the AI-enhanced tools that were announced:
- AI-Powered Email: This helps you draft effective emails based on your previous sends.
- Segments (formerly Lists): AI-powered targeting using live CRM signals. This means that AI can review your database and identify more effective segments for targeted messaging.
- Marketing Studio: This tool allows you to generate an entire campaign’s worth of content en masse with a few clicks. Marketing emails, forms, and social posts are all tailored to your marketing goals.
That's just a sample of the new releases that were announced. If you want to dig in further on the full suite of new tools, click here.
We’ll go into more depth on a few of these in the coming weeks, so if you have any suggestions for what you’d like to see us cover, let us know. If any of these new releases are something you’d want to roll out in your own organization, drop us a line, and let’s collaborate!
