The Challenge

  • WinningWise was looking for a more powerful solution to help them convert leads into opportunities, personalize and automate marketing, and drive more traffic to their website.

  • To promote their new e-learning platform, they had multiple marketing channels in play – from LinkedIn lead generation to content and email marketing – but they needed a more scalable way to manage these channels that didn’t tie up their team with excessive manual work.

  • Along with increasing efficiency, WinningWise recognized a need to better categorize and attribute the leads coming in and provide them with more personalized and automated nurturing to improve their lead-to-opportunity rate.

The Solution

  • In collaboration with WinningWise, Simple Machines created an objectives-based onboarding plan to ensure the Marketing Pro implementation achieved the stated goals. The objectives included:

      • Capture and convert leads
      • Automate and personalize marketing
      • Generate more website traffic
  • To develop a strategic framework for marketing the new e-learning solution in HubSpot, we conducted a workshop with WinningWise to define the buyer personas, positioning and differentiators that would serve as the foundation for marketing campaigns.

  • By leveraging a combination of workflows, lead scoring, lists and the personas tool, Simple Machines set up the foundation for WinningWise to track, segment, score and nurture leads across their channels in a more scalable and personalized way.

  • We also worked with WinningWise to map out and document a clear lead intake and qualification system.

  • To drive more traffic, we completed base SEO setup on the website, executed a citations buildout using Whitespark and activated HubSpot’s native SEO tools to ensure onsite optimization.
