This year's INBOUND felt like a return to some of the pre-pandemic years when the show was big and splashy. It's no surprise that AI again took center stage – but the big news was the announcement of Breeze, HubSpot's new suite of AI tools for everything from intent data to prospecting and customer service.  

And while the AI announcements by far stole the show, there were a ton of new product updates that went sort of under the radar at the show but are great news for those of us using these tools every day.   

Let's get into it.   

Introducing Breeze: HubSpot's New AI Solution

The focus of the conference was the introduction of Breeze, HubSpot's comprehensive AI suite. In the keynote and later in product demos, we got to see how Breeze aims to equip customer-facing teams with a robust set of AI tools.

Here's what Breeze brings to the table: 

  • Breeze Copilot: AI assistant using generative AI and your CRM data to help accelerate various tasks in HubSpot 
  • Breeze Agents: Intelligent automation tools for streamlining workflows and getting work done faster 
  • Breeze Intelligence: Powerful data enrichment capabilities and intent data for more context about leads and customers  

Here are a few examples of what the Breeze Agents can do:  

  • Prospecting Agent: This agent aims to streamline the sales process by automating research and outreach, ensuring personalized communication with prospects.
  • Customer Agent: Customer service gets a significant boost with this agent. It handles routine queries seamlessly, potentially freeing up your team to focus on complex issues. Importantly, every response is backed by approved content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Social Media Agent: Think of this as an AI assistant that analyzes your past performance, audience behavior, and industry trends to create effective social media posts. For those juggling multiple campaigns, this tool could be a real time-saver.
  • Content Agent: This agent is designed to accelerate content creation. Using your existing content, brand voice, and CRM data, it can generate blog posts, landing pages and case studies in minutes. For those managing content teams, this has the potential to dramatically scale content output. 

New and Improved Datasets for All Pro Subscriptions 

HubSpot Datasets

In a move that broadens access to advanced data analysis, HubSpot has made datasets available to Professional-tier customers.  

Previously only available with Operations Enterprise, this update provides all Pro users the ability to work with subsets of information for simpler analysis and reporting, rather than trying to find insights from large amounts of raw data. New datasets functionality includes more sophisticated data queries, workflow enrollments based on datasets and the ability to combine external data sources with HubSpot CRM data. 

agent.ai: Build Your Own AI Workforce

In the keynote, HubSpot co-founder Dharmesh Shah introduced his newest project, agent.ai. This free tool allows users to hire and build AI agents for a wide range of tasks, from company research to conversion rate optimization.  

We've only started experimenting with this one; more to come as we get our hands on it.  

And… More AI Updates 

I sat in on a Kyle Jepsen session where he whipped through several other AI-driven updates at what felt like 1.5x speed in real life. Here are a few that came up:  

  • AI-assisted report insights (BETA): Get concise summaries and takeaways from your reports, helping you quickly grasp key trends and actionable information. 
  • Content Remix V2 (BETA): An AI-powered tool that adapts your content across different channels, now including video. 
  • AI-Generated Case Studies (BETA): Leverage the Breeze Content Agent to create case studies by analyzing customer notes, data and documentation.
