As of the writing of this post, Inbound 2024 is less than a month away. The agenda is up, and from the looks of it, there shouldn't be any shortage of quality sessions this year.
After taking an initial spin through the agenda, I'm including a roundup of the sessions that looked especially worthwhile – or at least interesting. This doesn't include stuff like the HubSpot keynotes and new product spotlights (I'll assume you're going to those) but rather focuses on the ones a little deeper in the agenda that piqued my interest.
And with that, these are the Inbound 2024 sessions we're looking forward to.
Leveraging Your Data for Growth
The pitch:" Join us for a fireside chat with Karen Ng, HubSpot SVP of product and GM of Operations Hub, as she discusses what's new in Operations Hub this year, the importance of operations software for scaling businesses, and her vision for the future."
Why I'm interested: From our perspective, this was the year when we saw a lot more demand and use cases for Operations Hub. What started as something tough to explain has become much more tangible as businesses solve complex data management issues, integrations and advanced automation.
I'm curious to hear what's new with the software and where HubSpot sees this going in the coming years.
Chatbots, Copilots, and Agents: The Future of AI Assistants
The pitch: "In this panel, we will explore the rapidly evolving field of AI assistants, ranging from chatbots to more sophisticated copilots and agents. We'll discuss their current state, capabilities, and the cutting-edge developments shaping their future. We'll also venture into predictions and expectations for the next big breakthroughs in AI assistants; discussing their potential impacts across various sectors and how these technologies will evolve to become more integrated and influential in our everyday business and personal lives."
Why I'm interested: I have my own thoughts and predictions about the next breakthroughs around AI assistants, but among the members on this panel is the Director of AI/ML Product Marketing at Amazon Web Services. I'm guessing she may know a thing or two more about where this is headed.
Build Your Entire GTM Executive Strategy on One Simple Slide
The pitch: "Using the 8-pillar GTM Operating System framework, you will learn how to build your entire GTM executive strategy on one simple slide. Each pillar will prompt one question that you will answer during the session. Attendees will walk away with a complete GTM strategy that they can start sharing and implementing the next day. As a bonus: When new products or new segments are introduced, attendees will be able to refer to and update this GTM strategy to build and reconnect their GTM Strategy to Execution."
Why I'm interested: As far as gimmicky session titles go, this one ranks pretty high. But whatever – I'll bite. Is it really possible to build your entire GTM executive strategy on one simple slide? If it is, Sangram Vajre seems like someone who could do it.
The pitch: "The "grow at all cost" era has ended, now ushering in the era of the revenue factory, focused on cost-efficient growth. Like factories, SaaS GTM teams must boost revenue, minimize costs, and deliver excellent customer experiences. This talk will show CROs how to transform their GTM teams using Revenue Architecture frameworks for sustainable, durable growth."
Why I'm interested: Many of our clients are SaaS companies looking for cost-efficient growth, so I'm hoping this session provides some insights that build on our own experience. Also, hadn't heard of the speaker Jacco Van Der Kooij, but his resume is impressive.
AI Impact: Leveraging AI To Scale Your Go-To-Market
The pitch: "According to HubSpot for Startups' research, nearly 90% of startups have seen positive outcomes in incorporating AI in their GTM. But HOW exactly are they leveraging this technology to drive faster growth? Join us for an in-depth panel discussion with leading AI powered startups who will share how to leverage this technology to streamline operations, increase productivity, and ultimately drive better outcomes for your customers. We'll dive into the latest tools, trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities for startups looking to utilize the power of AI to stay ahead of the curve."
Why I'm interested: I know… another AI session. If you're like me, you may be hitting a level of AI hype fatigue at which you'd rather do about anything than sit through one more event about AI. And yet, I still want all the tips.
Building Bridges: The Power of Partnerships
The pitch: In this session, Glenda McNeal, Chief Partner Officer at American Express will explore the transformative role that partnerships play in driving innovation and achieving sustained business growth. McNeal will uncover how American Express cultivates and leverages its global strategic partnerships to enhance customer value while staying ahead in a competitive landscape. Attendees will gain unique insights into effective partnership strategies and learn how to forge relationships that can lead to remarkable outcomes."
Why I'm interested: In the past year, we've seen a lot of good things coming out of partnerships with other agencies, so it's a channel we're always looking to get savvier with. For anyone who hasn't put much stake in partnerships, this might be a good session to learn whether it's worth exploring.
Any sessions I missed that you're excited about? Going to Inbound and want to meet up? Drop us a line!
